Returns and Refunds
At Mighty Meow Publishing, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re happy to help.
Because our books are shipped directly from our small publishing operation, we currently only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
Once we review the request, we will gladly send a replacement copy or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.
Non-Returnable Items
At this time, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Items that have already been used or damaged after delivery
Shipping Issues
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
